Every part has a job

No decoration for the sake of it. Each panel, seam and material is there because it changes how the wheel feels in your hands.

  • Palm

Perforated microfibre with silicone grip pads that hold rubber, Alcantara and plastic rims without a tight squeeze.

  • Fingertips

Thin, close-cut tips with the seams moved off the pads, so buttons, paddles and force feedback all come through.

  • Back of hand

Breathable fabric that lets heat out and moves with your hand instead of pulling across the knuckles.

  • Wrist

A longer cuff that sits past the wrist and stays flat, with nothing to bunch up or catch on the rim.

Made by someone who races

HIPERSPEC started on the wheel. The gloves are designed by Nic, who races and reviews sim gear on The Novice Racer. Everything in the design comes from hours on the rig, not a catalogue.

Questions before you buy

Sim racers choose to wear gloves for a couple of reasons. The first reason is control and precision. Our gloves offer superior grip on your wheel compared to bare hands, enhancing your ability to make the perfect inputs consistently, especially with sweaty hands.

Secondly, gloves also offer protection to your equipment. Sim racing equipment can be expensive, which is why it’s important to offer it the ultimate protection. The oils in your hands can damage the materials used in sim racing wheels over time. Wearing gloves offers a layer of protection between these harmful oils and your precious equipment.
