Terms of service

These terms apply when you use hiperspec.com or buy from HIPERSPEC (ABN 53 687 022 591). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you have selected and include Australian GST where it applies. Import duties and taxes charged by other countries are not included. Payment is taken in full when you order, including for pre-orders, through Shopify’s checkout.

Pre-orders

The shipping date shown for a pre-order is our best estimate. If it changes, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Products

We try to show and describe our products accurately, but colours can look different from one screen to the next, and the size chart is a guide, not a guarantee of fit.

Our gloves are made for sim racing. They are not protective equipment, are not fire resistant and are not certified for karting, motorsport or any use on a real vehicle.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be spent only at hiperspec.com. They cannot be exchanged for cash or topped up, and they expire three years after purchase.

Reviews

When you submit a review, you confirm it is your honest opinion of a product you have used, and you allow us to publish it on this site and in our marketing. We may hide reviews that are abusive, off topic, misleading or that contain personal information.

Intellectual property

The HIPERSPEC name and logo, our product designs and everything on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you place an order is the one that applies to it.
